Welcome to Heatheory Sauna Studio. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Services

Heatheory provides private and communal infrared and traditional sauna sessions, memberships, and session packs at our Lincoln, CA studio. Sessions are available by reservation only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

Bookings & Cancellations

Sessions must be reserved in advance. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be charged. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee.

Health & Safety

Sauna use involves exposure to high heat. You acknowledge that you are in good health and have consulted a physician if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or take medications that may be affected by heat exposure. Heatheory is not liable for any health issues arising from sauna use contrary to medical advice.

Memberships & Session Packs

Membership plans and session packs are non-transferable and valid only for the purchaser. Unused sessions expire according to the terms of your selected plan. Prices and plan features are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Heatheory and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Placer County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
